  1. Italian Pasta Soup

  3. 1 Lb. bulk Italian sausage
  4. 2 cups chopped onion
  5. 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  6. 7 cups water
  7. 4 medium carrots (pared and sliced)
  8. 2 cans (15 oz.) diced tomatoes (undrained)
  9. 6 Beef Bullion Cubes
  10. 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  11. 1/4 tsp. pepper
  12. 1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped zucchini
  13. 1 can (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans (drained)
  14. 1 cup elbow macaroni

  16. In a large kettle, brown sausage, onion and garlic;
  17. drain off fat. Add water, carrots, tomatoes,
  18. bouillon cubes, Italian seasoning and pepper; bring
  19. to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
  20. Add zucchini, garbanzo beans and macaroni. Cover; cook
  21. 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Makes 2-1/2
  22. quarts of soup.
